§ 7.50.220. Enforcement authority.

The department and the LVMPD are authorized to enforce the provisions of this code and this chapter.

It is unlawful for a person in any case or under any circumstances not otherwise specifically provided for, to willfully resist, delay or obstruct the department's licensing agents or any officers of the LVMPD in discharging or attempting to discharge any legal duty of such offices as it pertains to the enforcement of this chapter.
