§ 7.44.060. Penalty for violations.

Any violation of the terms of this chapter shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the Clark County jail for a term not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
