§ 7.09.080. Register of employees and patrons.

  • The licensee, or person designated by the licensee, of a bathhouse shall maintain a register of all persons employed, contracted, or affiliated with at any time and their work card numbers. Every bathhouse shall maintain shall maintain a register book wherein all patrons' names shall be printed legibly and each patron shall sign his/her name. Every bathhouse licensed hereunder shall maintain records of employment of their employees, including the date employment commenced; the date employment terminated; and the work card numbers of each employee. The managing person shall assure that the business licensed as a bathhouse shall keep an accurate and legible record showing the name and address of each patron, the name of the employee administering the bath, and the type of bath administered. Such records shall be maintained on the premises of the licensed bathhouse for a period of at least three years. Such register books and records as are hereinabove required, shall be made available upon request, written or oral, and without use of subpoena or court process, to representatives of the department and LVMPD during regular business hours.
