§ 6.95.090. License fee.

The license fee for a theater licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be paid semiannually on or before the fifteenth day succeeding the end of the semiannual license period as follows:

(1)

Theater/adult motion picture theater shall pay a fee of three hundred twenty-five dollars semiannually;

(2)

Mini-motion picture theater/adult mini-motion picture theater shall pay a fee of two hundred twenty-five dollars semiannually per mini-motion picture/adult mini-motion picture theater area within a building or premises;

(3)

Picture arcade theater/adult picture arcade theater shall pay a fee of fifty dollars semiannually for each machine or contrivance to show still or motion pictures or television sets designated for viewing by customers;

(4)

Adult entertainment cabaret shall pay a fee of two hundred fifty dollars semiannually in addition to any other license fees required for the operation of activities at said business location.
