§ 6.82.090. Contents of permit.

Latest version.

In each permit, the business license department shall prescribe:

(a)

The name of the charitable organization and address;

(b)

Contact person and telephone number;

(c)

Location of solicitation and time restriction, if any;

(d)

Dates of solicitation;

(e)

Date of permit issuance.
