§ 6.80.170. Advertising matter shall be submitted to the director of business license.

No licensee under this chapter shall employ the use of any type of advertising or circulate any advertising material in connection with its unit broker business in Clark County whether such advertising is placed with an advertising medium or circulated within the unincorporated areas of Clark County or elsewhere, without first submitting a copy of such advertising to the director of business license in order to protect the general public against misleading statements and for the purpose of ascertaining whether the licensee has complied with Section 6.80.140.
