§ 6.80.120. No solicitation in public places.

No licensee hereunder nor any employee or agent thereof shall solicit another person on any public sidewalk, street, highway, or in any building or area under the operation and management of any political subdivision of the state of Nevada for the purpose of inducing or requesting such person to attend a land sales presentation.
