§ 6.80.110. Licensee responsible.

It is unlawful for any licensee hereunder to hire or permit any employee to work who does not have a valid sheriff's card as required in Section 6.80.080, and each such licensee shall have the responsibility of securing from each of such employees faithful adherence to each of the provisions of this chapter.
