§ 6.80.060. Use permit required.

No license may be issued hereunder until the applicant therefor has obtained a use permit pursuant to Section 29.30.010 of this code for the location for which such license is requested; provided, however, that this provision shall apply only to those locations of such applicant which are located in the unincorporated areas of Clark County. Any license issued hereunder shall be valid only during such period as a use permit with respect to such location is in force and effect.
