It is unlawful for any person to engage in, conduct or carry on the business of maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering, replacing, moving, installing or causing to be installed, in or on the building place or premises, within the county, any device known as a burglar alarm without having first obtained a license to do so in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
