§ 6.65.100. Appeal from disapproval of permit.

Should the director of business license deny the permit the licensee shall have ten days after written notification by the director of business license of such denial within which to appeal such decision of the director of business license to the board of county commissioners. The board shall set the hearing of the appeal at its next regular meeting, which hearing shall be held within twenty days after first receipt of the licensee's appeal.
