§ 6.65.070. Issuance of license.

Within thirty days of completing the investigation, the director of business license shall forward the application, together with all other related information concerning the character, reputation, integrity and financial condition that his exercise of the privileges as a licensee under this chapter would not be prejudicial or detrimental to the public safety or welfare, the board shall grant the application, and the director of business license shall thereupon issue the license. No license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be transferable.
