§ 6.56.150. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars and/or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or any combination of such fine and imprisonment. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
