§ 6.56.115. Identification signage for each vehicle.

Each peddler as defined in Section 6.56.010(a)(1) shall post appropriate signage or other suitable means of identification that clearly indicates the business license number, business name, and telephone number of the business as approved by the director of business license on the rear bumper of each vehicle to the right of the license plate. Signage or other suitable means of identification that clearly indicates the business license number, business name, and telephone number of the business as approved by the director of business license is also required on related equipment, which is towed and/or attached to the vehicle.
