§ 6.24.060. Bond required.

No license shall be issued until the applicant shall file, with the director, a surety bond running to the county conditioned for the faithful observance of all provisions of this chapter and Chapter 7.12 respecting pawnbrokers, pawnshops and motor vehicle pawns, during the continuance of such license, and any renewal thereof. This bond shall be in the sum of ten thousand dollars; on forms approved by the district attorney; with two or more individual sureties or by a surety company authorized to do business in this state.
