§ 6.24.030. Application for license.

(a) Application for a pawnbroker pawnshop or motor vehicle pawn license shall be filed with the director.

(b)

All applicants or other persons for which an investigation is required shall be investigated for determination of suitability pursuant to Section 6.08.110 and shall pay investigation fees as required by Section 6.08.115.
