§ 6.20.100. Agreement for use of county facilities.

Filming at facilities owned or leased and occupied by the county of Clark shall not be permitted without first obtaining a signed Clark County location agreement from the film administrator. Such agreement shall set forth the terms and conditions for the utilization of county facilities and shall provide for a per-site accommodation fee of three hundred dollars for the first twelve hours and twenty dollars per hour for each hour of usage thereafter.
