§ 6.20.010. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

(a)

"Filming" means and includes all activity attendant to staging and/or shooting motion pictures, television shows, programs, productions, video films or still photographs.

(b)

"Public property" means any property owned by, leased by or otherwise under the control of the county of Clark including any public rights-of-way as defined at Section 16.08.010(3), county property used for public purposes, county facilities and other county property when the public does not have free access.

(c)

"Contemporaneous event" means an unplanned happening that is not staged and can only be filmed as the event unfolds.
