§ 6.150.040. Customer service standards.

  • (A) Every licensee shall maintain a local office at which subscriber complaints can be resolved and service calls received during normal working hours.

    (B)

    Every licensee shall furnish to each subscriber at the time service is installed:

    (1)

    Written instructions that clearly set forth procedures for resolving subscriber complaints and service calls; and

    (2)

    A written statement of licensee's policy and procedures for refunds of service charges due to interruptions in or termination of service.
