§ 6.14.080. Security required.

Licensees shall post the security as required by Chapter 5.04 of this code. Failure to maintain security of the amount required by Chapter 5.04 of this code shall be cause for cancellation of the master monorail business license by the board and may result in the revocation of the monorail franchise.
