§ 6.13.090. Facilities—Installation, construction or maintenance.

(a) Installation, construction or maintenance of any public utility facility in the county's public right-of-way will be done in accordance with applicable county regulations.

(b)

Each public utility subject to this chapter must, when filing its application for a business license, submit a map and description of its system architecture that shows and describes the route and location of all facilities it uses in the county in a format compatible with the county's geographic information system as outlined in the rights-of-way master ordinance.
