§ 6.12.990. Water and/or air softeners/conditioners/purifiers sales and service.

Any person who sells, repairs, or services water softeners, conditioners, purifiers, or related items used to purify or condition water shall pay a semiannual license fee to be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. Installation of these devices may also require a state contractor's license.
