§ 6.12.948. Taxicab company.

Any person who is licensed pursuant to NRS Chapter 706 and defined in Section 15.04.180 of this code to provide motor vehicle taxi service to the public for compensation is a taxicab. Taxicab companies operating in Clark County, and regardless of the jurisdiction in which the vehicles travel, shall pay a license fee of seventy dollars annually for each vehicle.
