§ 6.12.840. Real estate appraiser.

Any person who prepares an analysis, opinion or conclusion, whether written or oral, relating to the nature, quality, value or use of a specified interest in, or aspect of, identified real estate for or with the expectation of receiving compensation shall pay a license fee of two hundred dollars annually. An applicant/licensee must also hold a temporary permit or license from the state of Nevada pursuant to NRS 645C.
