§ 6.12.819. Production/convention services.

Any person who supports or supplies material and/or personnel for the set-up of motion pictures, plays, conventions, or other entertainment events shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars. Persons supplying personnel for employment by another employer must first be approved by the Nevada State Labor Commission.
