§ 6.12.813. Pool/spa maintenance.

Any person who cleans, services and maintains residential and commercial/municipal swimming pools and spas shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars. Any commercial or municipal pool maintenance person also requires a pool technician certificate from Clark County's health district.
