§ 6.12.775. Party planning/services.

Any person involved in any party planning or service, including but not limited to, a party planner, disc jockey, clown, singing telegrams, or karaoke shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars. This does not include a business which takes the responsibility for the supervision, care or control of children.
