§ 6.12.774. Parking lots.

  • A parking lot is defined as an area used for the parking of motor vehicles, by the public, for a fee. The semiannual license fee for the operation of a public parking lot or semipublic parking lot shall be in accordance with the following schedule of capacities: four vehicles and under, thirty-five dollars; five to fifteen vehicles, forty-five dollars; sixteen to thirty-five vehicles, sixty-five dollars; thirty-six to fifty vehicles, one hundred dollars; and over fifty vehicles, one hundred fifty dollars.
