§ 6.12.756. Nursing home/rest home.

Defined as an advanced care facility for elderly or infirm individuals requiring skilled medical services, or a controlled living environment pursuant to NRS Chapter 449. The semiannual license fee shall be as follows: zero to five patients, seventy-five dollars; six to twenty-five patients, one hundred dollars; twenty-six to fifty patients, two hundred dollars; fifty-one to one hundred patients, four hundred dollars; more then one hundred patients, five hundred dollars.
