§ 6.12.690. Master license/general.

Latest version.
  • A master license allows the operation of multiple and diverse types of businesses by the owner of a singular premises, comprised of one or more permanent structures, which ordinarily would require multiple, singular licenses. Liquor, gaming, room rental and all types of business activities which require background investigation for license or which for any other reason cannot be operated under a master license must be applied for and approved in addition to the above license.

The license fees will be semiannual as determined prior to licensing based on the total sum due from separate licenses or a percentage of gross revenue as set out in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter, whichever is greater.

Businesses operated or owned by persons other than the owner of the premises shall be licensed separately as required by applicable sections of this code.
