§ 6.12.643. Live entertainment venue.

  • A live entertainment venue is a facility licensed for liquor service whose primary purpose is providing live entertainment which is operated by a lessee, management company or other entity on the premises of a resort hotel. Such venue is subject to the provisions of Chapter 8.20 of this code and an annual fee of one hundred fifty dollars.
