§ 6.12.632. Jewelry (sales/repairs).

Any person, including goldsmiths and silversmiths, who sells/repairs jewelry and accessories, including precious metals, shall pay a semiannual license fee determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. The sale of second hand jewelry must comply with Chapters 6.28 and 7.16 of this code.
