§ 6.12.611. Insurance broker.

  • Any person who, not being an agent of the insurer, as an independent contractor and on behalf of the insured solicits, negotiates or procures insurance of annuity contracts or the renewal or continuation thereof for insured or prospective insured other than himself/herself, as defined in NRS Chapter 683A, shall pay an annual license fee of three hundred dollars.
