§ 6.12.605. Insurance adjuster.

Any person who, for compensation as an independent contractor or for a fee or commission, investigates, settles, and reports to his principal about claims arising from insurance contracts as defined in NRS Chapter 684A, shall pay a license fee of two hundred dollars annually. This section shall not, however, apply to regular insurance agents adjusting losses for their own companies.
