§ 6.12.599. Incidental sales/service.

Defined as the sale of soda, juice, prepackaged food items, or any other items incidental to the primary business. The semiannual license fee shall be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
