§ 6.12.584. Home health care provider.

Any person providing medical supervision, general care, nursing, or housekeeping skills through its employees or by contractual arrangement at a home setting for the sick or injured or any person requiring parental type care, either on a temporary or permanent basis, shall pay a license fee determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
