§ 6.12.566. Health food/vitamin sales.

Any business that specializes in the sales of health food products (defined as food promoted as conducive to good health), vitamins, vitamin supplements, and/or related items shall pay a semiannual license fee to be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
