§ 6.12.518. Financial/investment advisor.

  • Defined as any person who, for compensation, advises others as to the value of securities or as to the advisability of investing in, purchasing, or selling securities, or who, for compensation and as part of regular business, issues or promulgates analysis or reports concerning securities per NRS Chapter 90. The license fee for each financial/investment advisor is three hundred dollars annually.
