§ 6.12.510. Factoring business.

Any business which lends money and takes in return an assignment of accounts receivable shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars. Factoring businesses taking the assignment of delinquent accounts must also be licensed as a collections agency by Clark County and the state of Nevada Financial Institutions Division.
