§ 6.12.500. Excursion boat master license.

Latest version.
  • Any boat used for pleasure trips where a fee is charged, which has a displacement of not less than fifty tons, and which has a passenger capacity of eighty persons or more shall pay a semiannual license fee to be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue. An excursion boat master license may also provide refreshments, food, gifts and novelty sales, but does not include privileged or regulated activities which require separate licensure, amusement machines, or tobacco permits. If any portion of an excursion boat business is leased, a separate license is required for that portion leased by the leaseholder.
