§ 6.12.485. Equipment rental.

Any person who receives fees for the use of tools, articles, or other implements, excluding motor vehicles requiring DMV licensure for highway operation, shall pay a semiannual license fee to be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
