§ 6.12.455. Drugstore/pharmacies.

Any business where drugs are dispensed or sold under the supervision or direction of a pharmacist licensed by the Pharmacy Board pursuant to NRS Chapter 639 shall pay a semiannual license fee determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
