§ 6.12.430. Department store.

Any business selling a wide variety of goods and sundries under common ownership shall pay a semiannual license fee to be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. If any portion of a department store is leased, a separate license is required for that portion leased by the leaseholder.
