§ 6.12.375. Convention pavilion.

  • Defined as any business which offers space for a number of persons who have gathered in a group for a conference, meeting, or some other form of assembly. The pavilion must have a seating capacity for two hundred or more people. For less than two thousand square feet, the license fee shall be one hundred fifty dollars annually; from two thousand one square feet to four thousand square feet, two hundred dollars annually; four thousand one square feet to eight thousand square feet, two hundred fifty dollars annually; eight thousand one square feet to twelve thousand square feet, three hundred dollars annually; and above twelve thousand square feet, six hundred dollars annually.
