§ 6.12.285. Casino supplies.

  • Defined as any supplies used in connection with any casino, gaming, sports or race book. This would include, but would not be limited to: dice, playing cards, card shufflers, drop boxes, change equipment, tables, accessories, or any equipment, whether a mechanical, electro-mechanical or electronic contrivance, component or machine; any links which connect to progressive slot machines; equipment which affects the proper reporting of gross revenue; computerized systems of betting at a race book or sports pool; or computerized systems for monitoring slot machines and devices for weighing or counting of money. For each casino supply business, the semiannual fee shall be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
