§ 6.12.255. Broadcasting.

Any person licensed by the Federal Communication Commission who is engaged in the dissemination of radio/television communications intended to be received by the public, directly or by the intermediary of relay stations, shall pay a license fee of five hundred dollars annually for each television broadcasting business and three hundred dollars annually for each radio broadcasting business.
