§ 6.12.245. Bookkeeper/tax service.

Any person engaged in providing the service of recording the accounts or transactions on behalf of a business or individual for fees or other consideration shall pay a license fee of three hundred dollars annually. The definition of "bookkeeper" may also include the preparation of tax returns, but does not include the certification of financial records.
