§ 6.12.235. Body piercing.

Any person involved in piercing the skin for the purpose of inserting rings, loops, studs, or other implements shall pay an annual license fee of two hundred dollars. This license includes the sale of associated rings, loops, studs, or other implements which are inserted in conjunction with each body piercing.
