§ 6.12.193. Banquet facility.

"Banquet facility" means an establishment which is rented by individuals or groups to accommodate private functions, including but not limited to banquets, weddings, anniversaries, and other similar celebrations. For each banquet facility, the semiannual license fee shall be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
