§ 6.12.185. Bankrupt, damaged or assigned merchandise dealer.

Any person who sells, whether by assignment, consignment, or otherwise, any bankrupt or damaged stock of merchandise or other items of value shall pay a license fee of one thousand two hundred dollars annually.
